Please contact us directly at Pacific Coast Lodge and Backpackers if you would like to know more about staying with us in Mount Maungaui or have any special requests to include with your accommodation booking.

Check-In Details

We require photo ID - passport, 18+ card, or valid driver’s license to present on check in. No ID, no check-in. Late check-ins are available on request.

Our office is open 8am to 9pm daily and check-in time is from 2pm onwards. If you arrive early, we are happy to store your luggage for you in our luggage storage room—we can give you a map at reception so you can explore the Mount while we’re getting your room ready.
