I was talking to some of the parent’s last week and they were saying that because we had such a good time at pcl it really set the mood for the rest of the trip. We enjoyed the hospitality, very clean rooms, willingness to help us with restaurants, activities, bookings, etc, nothing was a problem and there was always someone there to help us. Staying at pcl was a fantastic experience and a great introduction to the world of backpacking for the tour team. Improvements – i can’t think of anything and not one of the 32 people on the tour had any complaints or bad comments, you and your team are doing a brilliant job"
